We each hold within us all that we need for this incredible journey of life. I am here to help clear the way and guide you to access your gifts and purpose. Each offering that I share is precisely for this - clearing internal clutter, integrating repressed parts of yourself, realizing who you really are in that process, and expanding into becoming more of that. Meet Regina Gold
I have been on a path of personal discovery and healing since the age of 13 years old. I began in my 20’s to develop my psychic abilities so I could understand more clearly what was happening in my life and in my relationships. As I developed and grew, I turned much more toward what was happening within myself. This led me to become a certified Clarity Breathwork™ practitioner in 2006 after witnessing in my own life the immense healing power of this modality. I then became a co-owner of a spiritual shop and event space in Berkeley, CA where I co-led monthly breathwork groups, co-facilitated workshops, and saw clients. Over time, I was led to a healing method that is extraordinary in how easy it is for my clients to engage with and receive quick, powerful, and lasting results. That modality is Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® (SMGI®). I work with clients in person at a healing studio in Sausalito, CA or online via Zoom.
